Hi, I'm Mary!
For as long as I can remember, I had this creativity in me that was dying to get out. I colored on my bedroom walls up until middle school (in sharpie so there was no going back). I attempted a mix of hobbies including piano, scrapbooking, painting (Bob Ross makes it look easier than it is), & dancing. When I signed up for a filmmaking class in high school, something just clicked for me. Shortly after, I made a video of one of my family trips and after seeing the lit-up faces of my family members as they watched themselves on screen, I knew that candid moments was what I loved to film most. As a huge hopeless romantic myself, I wanted to use my filmmaking skills to tell real-life love stories. So… I bought my big-girl camera in college and began filming weddings. Today, hearing the story behind how my couples fell in love and having a front-row seat to one of the happiest days of their life is still my absolute favorite part of my job. My friends and family always tell me that they cry watching my wedding videos and it still amazes me how your love stories combined with my art can make people feel so strongly.
–A little more about me–
I am 25-years-old and I was born and raised in the Boston area. I attended school at Keene State College in NH where I first started filming weddings. I love to read & I’m a total reality-TV nerd. I spend lots of time at the lake in the warmer months boating, swimming, hiking & wakeboarding. In the winter, I spend most of my weekends snowboarding. I’m a big fan of traveling, thrift shopping, breakfast food, Halloween, all things pine-scented, lightning storms, & my weakness… Reece’s peanut butter cups.
